Identify a situation where the state could save time or money by improving a process or practice. |
| 2. |
Review the Criteria and Examples pages. |
| 3. |
Submit your idea |
| 4. |
After two weeks a manager will decide if the idea is feasible and worthy of implementation. |

Available Prizes for “Adopted” Ideas:
$25 Gift Certificates for Pizza Hut, Sears, Chili's, Blockbuster, Footlocker, Subway, Starbucks, Oaxaca restaurant, La Canasta restaurant, AMC movie passes, Shell Gas Card. Employee will be consulted to determine gift certificate preference. |

Available Prizes for “Implemented” Ideas:
After your idea has been implemented and savings are being experienced your idea will be reviewed by the Merit Award Board and eligible for up to a $1,000 reward.
